The Forsyth County Republican Party chairman is seizing on the opportunity to smear Winston-Salem State University for e-mails sent between faculty about supporting the DREAM Act.

“Nathan Tabor, the chairman of the Forsyth County Republican Party, said that someone should be “fired and prosecuted” for the e-mails, and that the result is that taxpayers are paying for WSSU to promote liberalism.”

Whether or not the DREAM Act qualifies as “liberalism” is also debatable. It wouldn’t have been liberalism three years ago.
