Marlen’s loving family will lose her on August 8–two days before her birthday. Her husband is a legal resident; her children are US citizens. ICE still says that she has to go.

Marlen has lived here since she was thirteen years old. Her parents brought her here–this is all she knows. If the DREAM Act passes, Marlen would be able to legalize her status and remain with her family.

She is not a criminal. She is a loving wife and mother.

Deporting Marlen will only underscore the need for a moratorium on deportations of DREAM Act-eligible youth, which Sens. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) and Richard Lugar (R-Ind.) have urged Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano to do in the past.

If you think ICE has more important things to do than break up families and scar children for life, send an instant fax help us stop them. Call 202-732-3000 to talk to a live operator. Call several times a day.
